Study Group (2025) - Series Review "Everyone has their own strengths"

“Study Group” follows Yoon Ga-min, a student at a run-down vocational school where survival often means more than studying. Despite his circumstances, his only dream is to study hard and get into university. But when bullies and dangerous school politics stand in his way, Ga-min uses his unexpected fighting skills to protect his friends and keep chasing his academic goals.

This was such a fun and entertaining series! At first, I was just curious how they would take a story about a guy who simply wants to study and turn it into something exciting. But the way the main character even trained his body just to stay focused on studying was both unique and engaging.

I’ve actually been disconnected from K-dramas for months, and during those times I usually end up dropping whatever’s airing because they bore me. But then I started hunting for completed dramas and found Study Group, and I’m so glad I did!

I personally love overpowered main leads, and this drama gave me exactly that. The main character was often treated unfairly, but instead of sulking or seeking revenge, he kept his focus: to study. And because he had the strength to fight back, no one could stop him from protecting himself and his friends.

This drama was truly fun, action-packed, and surprisingly inspiring. It easily entered my Top 10 dramas because of how entertaining and satisfying it was to watch.
